FlavorTrak™ is an exclusive and comprehensive menu-tracking database developed by Newly Weds® Foods in conjunction with the Foodservice Research Institute in 1997. It is the only quantitative database of its kind in the U.S., with 13 years of analyzed and categorized information that makes it a great trend analysis resource.
A database of over 700 menus
The system collects, profiles and tracks menu mentions from over 700 restaurant concepts that include national and regional chains as well as independents. FlavorTrak™ contains well over 70,000 menu mentions that include specific items listed on the menu as well as any descriptive copy or measurement information that helps define cuisine type, flavor delivery components and cooking method, to name a few.

FlavorTrak™ information is a great resource for product or portfolio development. FlavorTrak™ is also a very flexible database, allowing us to create customer specific reports addressing very individualized request parameters.
