Unsalted butter
Onion, diced
Green bell pepper, diced
Canned diced tomato, drained
Vegetable Seasoning NWF #NP203269R1
Frozen kernel corn
Heavy cream

Directions:

Melt buttet in a skillet over medium-low heat. Add onion, bell pepper, and tomato. Cook until heated through. Stir in seasoning and blend well. Add the corn and cook a moment, then add the cream and continue to cook until reduced enough to coat the kernels of corn.

Yields: 4 servings.

Red Beans-canned-drained
Yellow Onion-1/4" dice
Garlic, minced
Ground Beef-80/20 (raw)
Sugar, granulated
Water
Green Bell Peppers 3/4" dice

Directions:

  1. In a heavy bottomed pot, brown the ground beef
  2. Drain off excess fat
  3. Add remaining ingredients, mix to incorporate, bring to a boil, simmer 30 min
  4. Serve with diced red onion garnish or diced tomatoes

Notes:
Cinnamon is incorporated in the Chili Seasoning. Add more cinnamon to taste.

Directions:

  1. Mix water and NWF Cheese and Beer Soup Mix in a medium sauce pan
  2. Heat until boiling, reduce to simmer, simmer until thickened
  3. Add smoked sausage
