Directions:
- Pre-heat oven to 350°F
- Mix water, G17940 Neutral Inject, and G38904 Cinnamon Inject Booste
- Inject pork loin with Cinnamon inject
- Tumble for 20 min
- Rub pork loin with G38123 Apple Cinnamon Seasoning, until fully coated
- Place parchment on a sheet-pan, place pork on parchment and place in oven
- Cook for 20–30 min or until internal temperature reaches 165°F
- Remove from oven, let rest 5 min. before slicing
- Serve, enjoy
Honey Ginger Beer Glaze Pork Loin

Pork Loin, cleaned NWF Honey Ginger Beer Glaze #G48346 Water—warm |
Directions:
- Mix warm water with Honey Ginger Beer Glaze
- Place pork roast on roasting rack and place in oven at 325°F
- While pork is roasting brush on a layer of glaze. Repeat process every 10 min until pork has reached an internal temperature of 165°F
- Remove from oven and let meat rest for 10 min before slicing
- Suggested accompaniments include mashed potatoes and broccoli
