Specialty Batters

These are groups of Batters which have been specially formulated for a specific application category, many of which are used in signature items on foodservice menus or premium quality frozen snacks and specialties sold in grocery stores. This product category ranges from Belgian Waffle and other griddle batters to bakery and muffin mixes to corndog, hush puppy and funnel cake systems. It also includes customized clear coat and other functional systems that address issues like crumb retention, oil pick-up and product integrity under extended heat lamp time to name a few.
